The Health Prism at Münchenbryggeriet

How it works

Our all-inclusive approach to workplace health supports both physical and mental wellbeing. We help boost energy, productivity, creativity, and immune health, while tackling the challenges of long office hours. By bringing teams together and offering a wide range of services, we create healthier pathways for everyone.

Built around
your business

A wellness programme will only work if it works around you. We listen carefully to your challenges and assess your needs. Then create the right programme to meet them. We would be delighted to meet you and create a programme for your team.

13 years with
EY Doberman

The Health Prism are now into their 13th year of a long term relationship with München residents, EY Doberman. As creators of the ‘Doberman health’ wellness programme, together we have developed a culture that cares deeply about the health and wellness of the staff, whilst providing a range of services that allow employees to keep health on the to-do list.

Our weekly in-house presence, means the team have a regular point of contact, an opportunity to seek advice when they need it and for there to be regular activities that keep health in the forefront.

Regular exercise has always been a challenge for me, and with kids it’s even harder. But it’s much easier now, thanks to our work with Sam and the Health Prism.

I think what you have done at Doberman is truly wonderful. The gym, short lunch sessions, the team challenges, and the consistent in-house support. But above anything I think you have (together with people at Doberman), helped build a culture where we want to be healthier and where we encourage each other to prioritise our health. I think we are better off as individuals, but also as a team.

Kristoffer Lundholm - EY Doberman

Sam’s regular presence in our office, means our ongoing dialogues naturally happen often and have drastically lowered the barrier to get the support I needed.

He has helped me challenge my previous beliefs around progress and my approach. As a result I have tweaked my established routines into something that gave me faster results and therefore also made it more rewarding and fun.

He has helped me not to spend more time training, but rather to use the time I have better and more effectively.

  • Training is just part of what we do. Whilst we believe physical activity is a key component of sustainable health, we are here to provide a range of inclusive solutions, suiting as many people as possible, allowing your team to remove those initial barriers on the road to better health.

  • Of course. You can add features from our menu anytime. For example, many corporate clients choose to add our posture assessments and corrective tools, or our workshop series. We will continue to work with you to ensure your programme evolves with your teams needs.

  • Yes. We track progress and can regularly report the activity shifts your programme is delivering. Our regular in-house presence means we will also consistently build a growing picture of what works for the team and be able to consistently monitor development.
